Return and Refund Policy

Due to COVID-19, we are limiting returns to cases where items are defective or damaged during delivery. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our community safe.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at flowertripdrip@yahoo.com. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping costs and providing a shipping label. We’ll send you instructions on where to send the return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Swimsuits and bikinis

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
